  • Contribute towards Product Value definition activities including Product Vision and Goal statements, working closely with Business & Technology partners
  • Engage with Business, Marketing & Product teams to understand the context and synthesized market needs that drive Product features and business outcomes, i.e., taking into consideration consumer experience, financial impact & competitive analysis
  • Participate and contribute towards Product Discovery and PMC discussions, to help business and Product teams review business, market & client requirements, & define Product roadmaps/timelines and financials/budgets for the Product(s)
  • Align with Consumer experience teams to ensure excellent end user experience through digital products development/delivery, by helping them drive design thinking, consumer journey mapping, incorporating modern technology & innovative solutions
  • Product Backlog definition along with Minimum Viable Product features needed for new capabilities, and draw on an agile mindset: implement the minimal scope that could possibly stand on its own without negatively impacting existing functionality, and rapidly iterate and evolve it based on user and market feedback
  • Lead and work within agile development teams to identify and support core competencies and key features and functions
  • Product Backlog definition, prioritization & refinement working closely with other Product Owners, Solution architects, Release management teams and other business and technology teams - to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy
  • Lead and drive Agile events and deliverables with technology teams and other business/product stakeholders, to ensure planned features are tracked and delivered on time and within scope
  • Support various engineering and project management functions by acting as a liaison between business, product, and development teams to help reduce redundant efforts, increase reuse of existing components, and identify opportunities during design to ensure components are built in such a way as to support external marketability
  • Seek to learn the business you are supporting and own its evolution holistically. Drive to understand the ‘What’ and ‘Why’ and connect the benefit to technology to the business capability and be able to clearly articulate this to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to outbound product marketing and collateral development, including feature and product capability descriptions, technical specifications, technical user and business value stories, client case studies, and the like
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant Product Management and/or Agile/Scaled Agile certifications such as Certified Product Owner/CSPO, SAFe POPM, Scrum PSPO etc.
  • 6+ years of Product Management/Owner experience, or technical team leadership within a large matrix organization
  • Strong experience on Product Management, Digital Solutions (Web & Mobile)
  • Experienced in building consumer facing digital products from inception to launch
  • Digital consumer facing Product delivery experience in US health care/Clinical domain
  • Exposure on design thinking, consumer journey mapping, and understanding on the power of advanced tech - AI, ML, NLP, IoT etc.
  • Great communication, documentation, and presentation skills, and positive energy
  • Ability to identify, facilitate, and drive business solution from inception to launch, along with appropriate technical competency & expertise, to ensure business value and planned outcomes. Lead largely by influence and thrive in a hierarchy of expertise
  • Ability to lead translating customer needs into Product backlog definition including capabilities and features using what needs to be achieved with business outcomes and hypothesis - considering customer, business, and market needs & requirements
  • Ability to manage product roadmap/timelines, ensuring strategic alignment with the greater product vision, goals, and market rhythms/events
Preferred Qualification:
  • Proven organizational skills with customer empathy and ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities
