The Product Manager will focus on understanding the Diagnostics products and services thoroughly, at a technical and application level. Prepare technical materials, promotional materials, train sales and marketing, conduct virtual and in-person seminars and webinars, interact with global resources and put them to proper use. Conduct Pre-sales and post-sales activities to train sales, address all customers concernsfromsample collection to issuing report. Genetic counselling qualification is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Innovating product wise campaign every quarter, monitoring and ensuring its implementation on the field by sales team

Discussion with team members, aggregators, doctors and innovating new combination of tests or launching new tests desired

Being a bridge between USA-Chennai lab- Sales Team

Delivering scientific talks to doctors/customers

Ensuring 100 PERCENT adherence of TRF, customer details for every sample

Continuous Technical training to sales team members and ensuring its delivery from sales team to customers

Ensure to maintain existing prescribers and creating new

Creating brochures/leave behings/communications for tests to be promoted on regular basis- ensure its implementation by sales team and aggregators

Create business avenues in research institutes and support the same

Ensures all require regulatory and are secured and maintained

Develop and maintain all administrative functions associated with laboratory operations

Develop and be accountable for all revenue, investment and cost budgets of the business

Report to and be an active member of PerkinElmer Health Sciences senior management team

Work closely with Sales, Marketing and product management team on business development strategies and activities

Work closely with the Medical Director within relevant areas in order to secure client and account satisfaction with services provided by the laboratory

Be responsible for and actively manage all financial aspects of the laboratory business this position will have ICP accordingly

Work with the NSM to develop and implement long-term strategies for PerkinElmers Laboratory Service business within the South Asia region

REQUIRED COMPETENCE

Education - Any Doctorate/Postgraduate preferably in Biological Sciences, specifically in Medical Genetics and Molecular Diagnostics

Required work experience related to position: 5-10 plus years experience

Travel: 30 PERCENT traveling across India
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: CRM/CallCentres/BPO/ITES/Med.Trans
