Garment & Fabric Manager - Udhna, Surat (Owner Delhi Based)

Location: Udhna, Surat

Timing: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 (experience ke hisaab se)

Manager Role & Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & Production Supervision

- Oversee cutting, stitching, finishing, and pressing.

- Coordinate with Master ji and staff to ensure timely completion of orders.

- Monitor proper use of fabric and other materials, minimize wastage.

2. Stock & Record Handling

- Maintain daily record: 'Material received, material used, ready stock, pending orders.'

- Update register or Excel with stock details.

- Notify owner before materials run out.

3. Customer Communication

- Handle orders from local buyers and repeat customers.

- Show designs, confirm rates, and finalize orders.

- Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, call, or visit.

4. Dispatch & Quality Control

- Manage packing, labeling, and dispatch via courier or transporter.

- Conduct quality checks: size, color, stitching, and finishing.

- Share tracking info and delivery updates with customers.

5. Reporting & Transparency

- Send daily updates to owner: 'Orders ready, orders dispatched, pending orders.'

- Provide weekly photo/video report of work completed.

6. Market Awareness (Optional but Valuable)

- Identify new customers and leads in local market.

- Keep track of fabric rates and stitching costs.

- Assist in small deals to boost sales if required.

7. Staff Supervision

- Assign daily tasks to Master ji, tailors, and helpers.

- Ensure attendance, discipline, and timely work.

- Address delays and find solutions promptly.
