Our client is looking for a Product Manager

Our client is a medically endorsed lifestyle brand that offers a range of ergonomically designed products that cater to our daily spine needs. Each product is designed to maintain optimal spine alignment during various day-to-day activities, which in turn prevents more serious spine issues from developing due to extended periods of bad posture. Launching a new range of products in India followed by the global market in 6 months, The company aims to target the Billion-dollar market with a unique offering meeting style and clinically sound products. All of this enables tremendous experience, global exposure, and wealth generation in a short time for a dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth

- Develop product and establish product market fit

- Own and manage marketing function including creative, performance and funnel

- Create and execute high quality strategic business plan and execution plan and review mechanisms for this

- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

- Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending

- Manage & develop a team to achieve key metrics

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

- Devise innovative growth strategies

Requirements :

- MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in product management/brand management

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally

- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

- Creative thinker and problem solver

- Strong communication skills

- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
