Position Overview
SELCO Foundation seeks a
Product Manager
to drive sustainable energy solutions for last-mile communities, focusing on reimagining public health infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy:
Define product vision aligned with E4H goals.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
User Research:
Conduct interviews and analyze feedback to enhance the product.
Roadmap Development:
Maintain and communicate the product roadmap.
Product Development:
Oversee the lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Feature Prioritization:
Assess features based on impact and resource availability.
Launch Planning:
Manage product launches, including training and support.
Performance Measurement:
Establish KPIs to gauge success and improve future iterations.
Continuous Improvement:
Implement user feedback for ongoing product relevance.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
8-10 years in tech development and product delivery.
Digital Expertise:
Proven track record in digital product functions.
Research Proficiency:
