Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and gaps in the financial services landscape. Translate business objectives into product strategies and measurable KPIs.
Product Planning & Execution

Prioritize features and build product roadmaps using data-driven decision-making frameworks. Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering and design teams through the product lifecycle--ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration. Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless product delivery. Communicate product plans, status updates, and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Customer & Market Insights

Engage with users and client-facing teams to understand customer pain points and gather feedback. Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and product performance to refine product features.
Compliance & Risk Management (Fintech Focus)

Ensure product meets regulatory, security, and compliance standards (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, data protection). Work with risk, legal, and compliance teams to build compliant and secure financial products.
Go-to-Market & Product Launch

Plan and execute product launches with cross-functional teams. Create and support GTM strategies, training, documentation, and product communication.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in product management, ideally within a fintech, banking, payments, lending, or B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments, APIs, KYC/AML, risk scoring, lending workflows, etc. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
