Your Role

You will be working on a product that will help learners fall in love with learning, that is designed specially for them. In this role, you will be working to create the best user experience for learners. Your role will be to identify the actual problems that learners and educators are facing to improve conceptual skills in any subject and help users identify learning gaps, harnessing the true power of technology, while staying true to the science of learning.

You are a product-focused person with a technical mindset, with 2 + years of experience in feature prioritization, technology discussions, stakeholder collaboration and negotiation, and product documentations. Experience with sprint plannings and executions is an added advantage
You will also act as product evangelist, conducting product demos, training internal and external stakeholders with product demos wherever required. You will be ensuring that the product is continuously improving and adding value to the lives of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Discover, Ideate, Design, and Test the best experience for learners of any age Research and analyse markets and similar products, peer performance and competitive industry landscape and assist Product Managers in doing the same Define new product requirements and enhancements and drive their implementation Maintain up to date knowledge of product specifications Collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively with the members of the team Complete work assignments, collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Education & Competencies

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience as a product associate or similar roles in a software company Knowledge of UX principles and strong research acumen (Ed-tech experience preferred)Committed to product knowledgeAn eye on continuous improvement and attention to detail Comfortable with negotiation and decision-makingA willingness to continue to develop and foster product pipelines Can partner with and collaborate with others when necessary Knowledge of Agile methodology and associated tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello etc Leadership and problem-solving acumenData Analytics: Knowledge of SQL, and DBs, is an added advantage. Must have spreadsheet skills (MS Excel/Sheets/Other(s). Should have a data-driven approach in brainstorming. and problem-solving


Documentation:Must have concise and crisp, accurate documentation and presentation skills. A story-teller through and throughOther tools: Prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or AdobeXDAwareness or demonstrated experience of collaborating with the software engineering team, engineers, and software development life cycle
