CTG is seeking to fill a Product Manager - Digital Product Engineering position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Create and align teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics to drive impactful business outcomes.
Gather insights, perform market and customer research, and integrate perspectives from multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Translate product vision and priorities into actionable product team workstreams and maintain the product backlog.
Partner with stakeholders to gain buy-in and approval on major product direction and strategy decisions.
Define product roadmaps, oversee development execution, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Evaluate performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful product delivery and value realization.
Skills:
Proven expertise in digital product management, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
Deep understanding of the electric utility domain and related technologies (AMI, DERs, grid sensors, SCADA, etc.).
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data-centric or digital engineering products.
Prior experience managing digital or data platforms within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors preferred.
Demonstrated success delivering innovative products that leverage data to optimize performance and improve customer outcomes.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
