We're looking for a

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Ownership

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Translate ideas into detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.

Execution & Delivery

Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
Oversee sprints, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Manage feature rollouts, conduct usability tests, and coordinate UAT to validate outcomes.

Data-Driven Improvement

Use analytics tools to track product usage, engagement, and retention metrics.
Identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement through insights and customer feedback.
Drive continuous optimization by combining qualitative feedback with quantitative data.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver business outcomes.
Conduct regular client and user discussions to understand evolving needs and market expectations.
Present progress, insights, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

Guide and mentor junior team members in agile execution and product thinking.
Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence within the product team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or consumer tech.
Proven ability to take products from concept to successful launch and scale.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Passionate about UX, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
