We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager - Data to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data-driven capabilities within our low-code/no-code hyper-automation platform. The candidate should have deep expertise in batch and streaming data pipelines, high-volume data processing, and enterprise-scale production deployments.


This role requires a mix of technical product management expertise, prior technical/engineering experience, and business acumen to build products that empower enterprises to process, transform, and act on data efficiently.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:



Product Strategy & Vision



Define and own the roadmap for data products, including ingestion, processing, storage, governance, and integration capabilities. Ensure alignment of data product strategy with the broader automation platform roadmap. Identify opportunities to embed data intelligence within automation workflows.

Technical Leadership



Contribute to architecture and design discussions for batch and streaming pipelines. Define capabilities for ETL/ELT, schema evolution, and event-driven data processing with technical feasibility in mind. Work closely with data architects and engineers to ensure scalable, production-grade data solutions.

Execution & Delivery



Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance frameworks. Oversee product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

Requirements & User Acceptance Ownership



Document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories ensuring alignment with product strategy. Define and manage user acceptance criteria (UAC) for each feature. Act as the custodian of product quality, certifying readiness from an end-user perspective before market release. Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business and customer expectations.

What will you bring to the team?



15+ years of overall experience, with several years in technical/engineering roles (data engineering, software development) and 7+ years in product management. Strong understanding of Batch data processing (ETL/ELT workflows, scheduled jobs). Expertise in Streaming data (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis, event-driven processing). Experience with High-volume data systems (data lakes, warehouses, distributed processing). Hands-on familiarity with Spark, Flink, Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, etc. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data services. Proven experience in taking data products to production at enterprise scale. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have:



Technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related Field. Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Flink). Understanding of data governance, lineage, and observability. Exposure to low-code/no-code data integration tools. Familiarity with real-time analytics and AI/ML data pipelines.
