Product Manager- Cross Sell (Vehicle Loans)
1. Job Purpose Statement:
- To Define, Manage, Assess and Monitor the existing Loans Policy norms. To understand the market trends and customer needs and identify and create new loan products.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft and own loan product policies, generate pre-approved offers and run outreach campaigns to existing customer base (live and matured)
- Liaise with other loan BUs to customize product policies for smooth closure with existing customers
- Identify new loan products and form factors to deliver them based on customer needs and market trends
- Set up \'straight through\' / green channels to be able to close leads from HO with limited reliance on feet on street
- Liaise with Analytics teams to maintain data lake, identify eligible customers and generate pre-approved offers for loan product portfolio (\'next best offer\' approach)
- Liaise with Marketing teams to draft creatives and run customer outreach campaigns
3. Key Challenges:
1. Liasoning with other Business Units.
2. Understanding of all loan products where offers can be created
3. Creation and testing of policy rules on System / Rule Engine.
4. Closely monitor the system procedures and ensuring a seamless co-ordination and alignment with operations, fraud control and other stakeholders
5. Analyzing various data trends and presenting it to the top management for new product offerings
Job Requirements:
Professional Qualification Knowledge Skills Competencies:
- MBA from a premier college and relevant experience of 5 + years
- Strong understanding of financial services products in the retail context
- Experience in Consumer insights development and idea generation thereon
- Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant for draft for loan product policies
- Conceptualizing products and analyzing performance to drive day to day improvements and optimizations (agility critical for sustainability)
