Role Responsibilities Strategy Develop product strategy to tap into spends and profitability relevant to the demographic and spending profiles of clients. Business New Product Development to create new attractive client proposition targeted to bring new spends and profitability onto books, basis client&rsquos needs and demand. Competition benchmarking to scope new opportunities Run customer facing campaigns to help on-board and activate new acquisitions Product maintenance to review existing product proposition and spend and profitability of the clients Processes Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Develop and streamline product launch across all aligned systems and stake-holders, process documents and detailed project guides People and Talent Liaising with marketing team to develop effective communication and collateral's regarding the Portfolio Management initiatives and ensure that deadlines are adhered to, and interacting with the campaign management & Retail Analytics teams to deliver the campaigns. Liaising with operations, tech team and relevant value streams to ensure robust product management is in place Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
