Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for our voice-first healthcare AI assistant. You will partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver products that transform patient and provider interactions. This role requires strong execution skills, customer empathy, and experience building AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
? Define and execute product roadmap for conversational AI solutions.
? Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
? Partner with engineering and design to deliver delightful patient and provider experiences.
? Track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, ROI benchmarks).
? Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches.
Qualifications
? 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI/ML or SaaS products.
? Strong background in conversational AI, LLMs, or workflow automation.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
