Job Description
- Review and manage oversight processes and responses to different indents Bank receives from Regulators or internal Compliance Functions for the Merchant Acquiring Unit.
- To engage with the regulators, card networks, IBA, banks statutory auditors for certification reports
- Track implementation of the Network mandates
- Responsible for all tracking & placement of claims processing involving subsidy programs
- Execution of policy under Digital Payments Security Controls framework including GAP assessment.
- Ensuring all the vendors are covered for SLA monitoring, penalty on breach, SLA audit requirement
- Require experience in Payment industry, BFSI, Telcom, Insurance Fintech.
