Looking for Product Manager for GDIA PEM Model e Team - Charging Data Product. This individual will be responsible to manage build & deploy data products end-to-end. Looking for candidate with technical background and exposure to Data Analytics tools and GCP infrastructure. Should have 8+ years of overall exp. and 5+ yrs of relevant exp. with leading product development & delivery experience along with software engineering practices, working in an Agile Environment.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of product development & management experience
• Strong Knowledge / experience in Data Analytics, Big Data and Hadoop ecosystem and Google Cloud Platform
• GDIA Product e xperience will be an added advantage
• Understanding the usage of tools like GitHub, Jenkins/ Tekton
• Exposure to any project management / tracking tool like Rally or equivalent
• Knowledge on implementation of DevOps and software craftsmanship practices like CI/CD, TDD, Test automation tools.

• Works closely with Product Owners to understand the business needs and contribute to product development & strategy
• Implement the Product Driven organization while embracing Agile processes and tools to deliver end-to-end solutions to increasing customer demand for high quality data product.
• Ensure solutions delivered perform according to KPI targets defined.
• Should clearly communicate product vision / strategy to team members and stakeholders
• Attend the required workshops to understand the product roadmap
• Responsible for developing product features, prioritizing the backlog, and managing risks while ensuring the iterations and releases are meeting the business objectives. Maintain and update Rally on a regular basis
• Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes
• Process driven to adapt agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
• Participate in the governance meetings on need basis
• Maintain project management discipline \xe2\x80\x93 identify and mitigate risks, responsively manage changes to scope and find creative solutions to address issues and blockers.
• Develop functional and technical excellence across the team and accelerate the adoption of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deliver and Test Driven Development across the team\xe2\x80\x99s work products.
