Terafac is looking for a high-calibre Product Manager to build and lead our AI-driven product line transforming industrial robotics. The product spans AI/ML, computer vision, software, robotics, and on-field deployments. You'll work closely with the founders and engineering team to shape the core product and direction of a high-growth deep-tech startup, with deep exposure to technical, business, and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the product roadmap for AI/ML and Computer Vision in robotics applications. Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retros) to keep the team in sync and shipping fast. Define product goals, write crisp requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Work closely with engineering, business, and operations to align product vision with company objectives. Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Keep up with the latest in Vision AI, Robotics, and Generative AI -- and integrate relevant breakthroughs into the product. Understand the AI/ML product lifecycle end-to-end -- from data pipelines and model design to deployment and iteration. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive customer feedback loops. Represent the product to clients, partners, and the industry.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in product development within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments Strong understanding of software product development and end-to-end lifecycle management Comfortable working closely with engineering teams to define, build, and ship products Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Preferred Qualifications

Consulting background Exposure to manufacturing Technical knowledge and practical experience working with engineering teams Working knowledge of Python, Git, backend or API-based systems Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask, and tools like Postman for API testing Experience in

wire-framing and workflow design

for product features. Experience in AI/ML and computer vision Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high ownership
