Conduct research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each segment.
To plan and develop marketing strategies for target customer segment.
Train and Lead the primary sales team, strengthening the products selling strategy
Plan and execute strategies by customer engagement activities such as advertising, direct marketing, trade shows/public events.
Ensure customer experience in line with brand image and strategy and gain market insights and plan marketing campaigns and tactics.
Increase sales by actively selling to end users, maximizing consumable pull-through.
Plan, forecast and achieve objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts for their business.
Qualification Requirements:
B. Tech/ Master of Science / Ph.D (preferably in Life Sciences or Allied Medical Disciplines,
2-5 years of experience in sales (preferably lab instruments). If candidate having lab experience also considered.
Knowledge of relevant markets and competitors landscape.
Excellent communication skills at all business levels.
Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects.
Proven work experience in sales and developing customer relationships.
Team working spirit and ability.
Willingness to travel.
