Roles and Responsibilities 1. Help establish the design language for visual design and brand guidelines.
2. Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to set the vision and agenda for the overall
product.
3. Effectively prioritise complex workload, regularly communicate clear timelines, share project updates across all
levels of the organization.
4. A partner who thinks big and designs for scalability while micromanaging daily tasks/bug fixes/logs analysis
with the team.
5. Perform regular audits on the processes to obtain and analyse teams efficiency, alignment on productivity and
quality metrics while meeting business objectives.
6. Analyze and come back with possible solutions to better the app experience by constantly reviewing customer,
tech, and marketplace trends.
7. Provide complete product pictures by publishing dashboards, reports, and weekly/daily/monthly reporting of
product data.
