Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in building and scaling software products within a product-based IT organization. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of a product, from ideation to launch and optimization, and will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define and articulate product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Analyze product performance using data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-based IT/software organization.
• Must have worked on commercial software products (SaaS, platforms, enterprise or consumer software).
• No services, consulting, or pure client-delivery background.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience creating product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, and backlogs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience working with global teams and customers.
