We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Product Manager to connect the dots between business need and technical execution for Ads Data and Reporting initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and product teams in India and USA to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions that power our marketing analytics, reporting infrastructure, and data pipelines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business insights someone who can visualize complex data relationships, understands data flows, and drives the development of intuitive, impactful reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:

  • Translate Business Requirements:Work with Product Managers to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Reporting & Visualization:Lead the design and development of user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Enhance the user experience of our advertiser-facing reporting portal, ensuring insights are easy to navigate and intuitive.
  • Performance Analysis:Quickly analyze product performance metrics to validate data/reporting launches and identify areas for improvement.
  • Measurement & Attribution:Support the development of measurement frameworks and attribution models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Backlog Ownership:Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Agile Execution:Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Data Infrastructure & Pipelines:Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines that support marketing analytics and reporting use cases.
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably in marketing technology or ad tech.
  • 3+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Experience working with marketing data, campaign performance metrics, and attribution methods.
  • Experience with data governance and monitoring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and willing to learn new skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
