Job Description

Currently remote but will transition to onsite in Bangalore starting April or before April 2026
As a Product Manager at Spektra Systems, you will be the driving force behind the conception, development, and launch of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product aligns with market demand, customer requirements, and the company's strategic goals. Your insights and leadership will shape the direction of our products and contribute to our overall growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and releases based on priority, feasibility, and customer impact. Continuously refine and adjust the roadmap based on changing market dynamics and business priorities.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that products are developed in alignment with the established vision and requirements. Provide clear guidance, facilitate communication, and make timely decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Release Management: Coordinate product releases and launches, including beta testing, user acceptance testing, and post-launch monitoring. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on the product and address any issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products post-launch. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Market and Customer Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, including experience with full product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Adapting to complex situations with the aim to achieve business goals.
  • You conceive possibilities, think big picture, but deliver on the details.
  • Agile development processes knowledge will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is an advantage.
