We are seeking a Product Manager with a developer background to drive product innovation and execution. The role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful features and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ideation & Vision
Identify unmet needs of users, especially in under-served and rural markets.
Brainstorm and design innovative product features that enhance accessibility, privacy, and trust.
Continuously reimagine how technology can simplify healthcare journeys.
User-Centric Innovation
Spend time understanding user behaviour, motivations, and challenges.
Build intuitive, empathetic, and culturally relevant product flows.
Use feedback loops, user stories, and data to guide improvements.
Experimentation & Prototyping
Develop lightweight prototypes and run experiments to validate ideas quickly.
Partner with design and engineering to test, iterate, and refine solutions.
Explore new formats of engagement (apps, chat flows, reminders, progress trackers, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with doctors, operations, and marketing teams to design holistic solutions.
Align product initiatives with clinical outcomes, operational feasibility, and growth objectives.
Growth & Engagement
Conceptualize features that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Design reward systems, reminders, and progress journeys that keep users motivated.
Balance business impact with user delight at every stage.
Requirements
2-3 years of product management experience in consumer internet, health tech, or related sectors.
Strong developer background, with understanding of coding practices, APIs, and systems.
Creative thinker with a bias for ideation, prototyping, and rapid experimentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in agile or fast-paced product development environments.
Exposure to health-tech, telemedicine, or D2C products.
Familiarity with behavioural design, habit formation, and growth loops.
Experience designing mobile-first products for rural and urban audiences.
Understanding of healthcare privacy and security frameworks.
