We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and driving execution from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to build products that users love.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Gather requirements by conducting market research, analyzing data, and engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Write clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with GTM (go-to-market) teams to support product launches and positioning strategies.
• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the voice of the user, championing their needs while balancing business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

• 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch with measurable success.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong user empathy and a keen eye for good UX/UI.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital products.
• Technical background or familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and modern web technologies.
• Experience in growth product management, experimentation frameworks, or monetization strategies.
