The position

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to create and execute both short and long-term brand marketing strategies. Your duties include conducting market and competitor analysis, evaluating affiliate expectations, assessing market potential, and preparing investment plans for medium-term marketing strategies. You will also lead the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for our new therapy area launches, ensuring market success by planning and executing seamlessly, collaborating cross-functionally, and keeping up with emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop a launch strategy for new products. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the products you manage.

You will also be responsible for:-

• Develop and implement comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new therapy area launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges, keeping abreast of industry trends.
• Drive product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization, ensuring market competitiveness and sustained growth.
• Developing and nurturing key opinion leader pool. Planning and initiating activities like scientific meetings, Doctor programs, PMS, and patient education programs.
• Moreover, conducting fieldwork for insight into activity/strategy implementation. Field communication, feedback and roll out of strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or related fields is required. Having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing from a premier B school is an advantage.
• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, core Marketing and Product Management.
• Experience in Rare Diseases, Super Speciality/ Monoclonal Antibodies (MAB) Products, and Oncology would be given preference.
• Good communication, negotiation skills and ability to work with internal & external stakeholders such as the Sales team, Medical Affairs, Market Access & Customer Engagement.
• High performer, Business and Industry understanding, Stakeholder management, competitive focus, Patient and science orientation.
