Product Manager Position Overview Job Title: Product Manager Location: Bangalore/Pune Corporate Title: VP The goal of Developer Tooling is to provide enterprise development tools as services for teams across Deutsche Bank, enabling them to reach higher levels of maturity in their process. These servicesconsist of all necessary to support teams from initial Program/Project investment governance decisions and subsequently management through development, testing, deployment as well as compliance with the Bank\'s software processes. Tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, TeamCity, Artifactory, MF ALM. The role comprisesengineering expertise in design, deployment and maintenance ofDTtools,SME of the application in terms of operational knowledge as well as requirements. Workingwith theproduct owner,level 2/3 teams, vendor contacts and the engineering team to handle daily operational tasks andlong-termprojects. Typical operational tasks may include designing and implementing automation for application deployments, application upgrades, application & data migrations. Also understanding and adherence with bank policy and standards related to security and production release controls and working with the rest of the SDLC team to ensure the full compliance. This is a management role of engineering teams, the lead will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to ensure efficient delivery, clear requirement setting and goals and a confirmed book of work. The Lead will ensure appropriate access is available for the engineering team. Additionally, this role may perform the IT Asset Owner (ITAO) duties across the suite of applications Your key responsibilities: Work with Principal Product Manager and Product Owners on Product strategy and roadmap while ensuring quality and timely delivery of the same. Work closely with auditors, internal clients to plan and prioritize in line with expectation and needs. Drive adoption of DevOps tools and SDLC best practices within the engineering team by working closely with them Defining new product features to be built and managing its development, launch, and ongoing improvement. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities Managing, mentoring, grooming AVP Product owner team members Your skills and experience: Must have experience in Product Management and Product Ownership with at least 5-8 years in Product management role. Must have hands on experience with Developer tooling which comprises of DevSecOps , Cloud Engineering stack , Full Stack engineering. Must have hands on development experience (1-5 years) prior to Product management. Have experience to handle mid-sized teams. SAFe certified product owner (Desirable) Must have comprehensive understanding DevOps and DevOps tools chains, for both on premises and cloud delivery Experience to hands-on software development using any modern programming languages like Java, Python etc. and architecture concepts like micro-services and containers Knowledge and exposure of Site reliability engineering (SRE).
