Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Product Manager.

The Product Manager, Reporting and Analytics will lead the development of tools and processes to support and enable Reporting and Analytics for the enterprise. This includes management and prioritization of stakeholder requirements for Reporting and Analytics based on generated customer value, creation and management of the backlog and creation and alignment of a strategic road map with business and IT stakeholders.

Furthermore, this position will be responsible for the implementation of the road map through close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, data wranglers, data engineers, delivery teams and IT & infrastructure teams.

Moreover, this position will act as a change agent to evangelize the value of analytics and reporting to better serve those feeding the world.

The Product Manager for Reporting and Analytics domain is embedded in the Data Product Management team in IT that is responsible for owning all data including customer, dealer, product, telemetry and other domains throughout its lifecycle to ensure high quality, consistency, data security and data protection.

What You Will Do:

• Develop Reporting and Analytics Product visions that meet expectations of the regional and global stakeholders based on the appropriate technology.
• Manage the long-term global roadmap for Reporting and Analytics, involving stakeholders across the enterprise including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, implementations, clients, prospects, dealers and other stakeholder groups.
• Implement global Product strategies for Reporting and Analytics in order to achieve short term performance vs. budget and long term strategic goals based on agreed global or regional value streams and epics.
• Own prioritization of Reporting and Analytics Product backlog to be continually aligned to business value.
• Communicate the Reporting and Analytics Product roadmap and product vision to all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
• Evangelize the value of Reporting and Analytics.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Reporting and Analytics, for instance as a data scientist.

• Extensive experience in Project, Program or Product Management roles, with experience leading global initiatives.
• Experience in SAFe agile

Who You Are:

• Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally.

• Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
