The AWM Ops Change Mobilization Team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWM Operations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. We focus on evolving the organization\'s capabilities to move from lower to higher value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes.Other key capabilities under Change Mobilization include Business Process and Decision Management, Intelligent Automation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Service Design, and various product teams. As a product owner, you will be the champion for the needs and goals of both your stakeholders who use your product and for clients of AWM.Your role will involve close partnership with Design, Operations, Technology and Business stakeholders on taking a feature or product through the entire product management lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Define Strategy, Operating model, and Roadmap to achieve vision and business goals Represent the Client Onboarding vision, strategy, and product roadmap with key senior stakeholders and in high-visibility forums. Executive decision-making within product workstreams regarding the optimal path to meet business objectives, satisfy client and employee needs, avoid legal or regulatory issues, and make efficient use of the firm\'s capital. Evaluate business processes, define requirements, uncover areas for improvement and drive prioritizing of the Backlog in partnership with the Product Cabinet in order to maximize the business value of the investment. Establishing the approach to pilot/rollout new capabilities, including objective/scope, population selection, communication, training/support, feedback/metrics Lead end-to-end onboarding of business processes across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders, Design, and Technology. Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle. Work with product users, control partners, designers, and engineers to understand pain points, define opportunities, prototype and test solutions, craft epics and stories, ensure sprint inputs (ex. design and requirements) and outputs (ex. tested code) are as envisioned, and measure outcomes of the implementation Collaborate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to ensure product changes are understood and plan for testing is in place Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI\'s are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful. Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across including senior leaders in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business. Embody true \'customer-obsession\' in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape our design and roadmap. Consistently staying up to date on trends, emerging technologies & vendor products to automate and modernize systems. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: BA/BS degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in a professional setting,preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business leading strategic or transformational change Experience building a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization - assisting in strategic or transformational change strongly preferred Experience writing user stories - Agile certification a plus Experience working in an Agile team to gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and document user stories experience in working with technology development teams during build and implementation phases 3-5 years of experience working on medium to large technology projects Proficient with Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio and/or Change Mobilization Toolset: Signavio, Alteryx, Xceptor Proficient in Jira and Confluence Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in writing business and functional system requirements. Strong Project Management and organization skills with consistent attention to detail The ability to manage expectations by establishing clear timelines, deliverables and milestones Creative problem solving and solid judgment decision making research, gather, arrange, compile, summarize and evaluate data in recommending solutions
