Role



We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong AI expertise to drive the development of AI-powered capabilities across our logistics and supply chain platform. This role requires deep collaboration across teams, ownership of end-to-end product outcomes, and the ability to deliver impactful AI solutions--from concept to scalable deployment.



Key Responsibilities:



Product Strategy & Vision



Define and refine the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML to solve customer problems and improve product value. Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and user need to prioritize features.


Cross-Functional Leadership



Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Sales/Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support. Enable the sales team with AI use cases, product pitches, and feature demonstrations.


Technical & Product Expertise



Own AI product initiatives including copilots, RAG applications, predictive tools, and automation-driven workflows. Independently build and run POCs, pilots, and rapid prototypes. Evaluate, select, and optimize LLMs and AI frameworks to solve customer and business problems. Lead product development from 0 to 1, including discovery, experimentation, validation, and GTM alignment.


Domain Knowledge



Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, user workflows, and business drivers. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or adjacent SaaS products.

Requirements

6 years of product management experience, including hands-on AI product work. Track record of launching AI-centric features or platforms. Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer-facing skills. * Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and rapid experimentation.
