About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI-driven products. You'll work closely with developers, data scientists, and DevOps/MLOps engineers to translate ideas into high-quality, scalable AI systems.
This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on project management, ensuring smooth coordination between research, engineering, and deployment teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple AI products -- from ideation, planning, and sprint execution to release.

• Manage and operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks: define sprint goals, run daily standups, and ensure timely deliverables.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and MLOps teams to align technical milestones with product objectives.

• Utilize and maintain Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Linear) to track tasks, progress, and dependencies.

• Translate product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and feature specifications.

• Prioritize and balance competing requirements across multiple teams and products.

• Drive DevOps/MLOps integration for continuous deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI models.

• Coordinate between research and production teams to ensure models move efficiently from lab to deployment.

• Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders through structured reports and demos.

• Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on product features.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in AI or Software Product Management (4-7 years preferred).

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Sprint Planning methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Ability to manage multiple product roadmaps simultaneously.

• Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps workflows -- CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle, model retraining, data versioning, and monitoring.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong analytical mindset for tracking KPIs, user feedback, and technical progress.

• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams (ML engineers, backend developers, cloud ops).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML product design, LLM integration, or AI pipeline automation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Background in software engineering or data science.

• Certifications in Agile / Scrum / PMP.

Benefits
Compensation

• Salary Range: ? 60,000 - ? 1,20,000 per month (depending on experience and project scope).

• Location: Hybrid / Remote / On-site (as per project).
