Cisco DNA Spaces - Product Adoption Manager

We're looking for a seasoned product marketer who is passionate about communicating and delivering the value of our product in a way that deeply resonates with our market.

Who you'll work with

In this role, you will execute the low touch product adoption playbook for Cisco DNA Spaces through inbound, outbound and growth channels. You will be responsible for driving the onboarding, activation and adoption of DNA Spaces by IT/Line of Business users through zero and low touch techniques (using product automation tools and inbound/outbound channels). You will also drive global campaigns that will drive adoption of use-cases and native/partner apps within DNA Spaces.

You will collaborate extensively with product managers, product ops, content writers, engineering, user-experience designers, and product marketers to build a cohesive product adoption strategy and see through the execution. You will also work with Cisco sales and customers to drive awareness and adoption of the product and garner customer insights to drive future product development.

What you'll do - Key Responsibilities

You will lead all adoption efforts for CIsco DNA Spaces (paying & free trials). Work with a cross-functional team to execute new adoption campaigns, and drive ongoing product adoption. You will carry MAU/WAU goals (monthly active users, weekly active users), app and use-case adoption goals for all global customers of DNA Spaces.

You will be responsible for customer enablement by making sure they are successful in the first 30-60-90 days. You'll also help them adopt and expand the product usage by showing impact on their business goals.

Ability to conceptualise and execute massive global campaigns through outbound (email, push notification) and inbound (social, paid media, app retargeting) for users spread across every country and every industry category (retail, workspace, education, campus, venus, hospitality and healthcare).

Drive the growth of our global customer advocacy program (Spaces Titan).

Identify and validate how different users adopt our product using analytics (Hubspot, Pendo, Amplitude, Clevertap, Hot Jar, Mixpanel). Establish clear segments and build smarter lifecycle content (webinars, demo videos, email and social campaigns at all funnel stages) for them. Drive an increase in product utilization, monitor customer accounts and customer health, to drive upsell, increase retention and decrease churn.

You will collaborate with engineering and design to harness customer insights and use them to influence product development and drive product adoption.

You will collect, frame, and execute on key insights, leading programs ranging from customer onboarding, customer adoption, content development, measuring value delivered at each stage of the product lifecycle. You'll develop highly differentiated messaging (content) and positioning and design initiatives to drive adoption of our core features.

Own an evolving suite of resources for current and prospective users, including emails, in-dashboard guides, solution guides, websites, landing pages, media assets, and more. You will consistently measure the performance of the product with respect to key SaaS growth metrics

Be a strong thought leader for the product - tell the product story. Explain how our product adds value and solves problems in a language that resonates with our core audiences.

Advocate internally for a deep understanding of our product's users and segments; how they perceive the product and communicate their needs

Who you are - Required qualifications

A nice mix of right brain creative skills with left brain analytical skill to drive customer wow factor.

Intellectually curious marketer with 3-5 years experience, preferably with a demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative cloud/SaaS products

Has great copywriting skills, design (UI/UX) taste, low touch campaign experience.

Ability to get your hands dirty with SaaS product adoption, automation and analytics tools.

Possess organisational and project management skills to keep programs and teams on track

Strong communicator and storyteller with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and different functions; ability to take complex and make it simple

Smart decision maker that analyzes and synthesises data points leading to breakthroughs or significant insight.

Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint)

Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
