We are looking for person with a growth mindset to take on responsibility to deliver challenging growth goals. Responsibilities: Work within the core team to Identify new areas for non-genuine conversion by analyzing licensing, entitlement, ecommerce and contract data. Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall road map. Technically well equipped to collaboratively work with engineers, data analysts, architects and quality engineers. Own progress through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed. Own key metrics to monitor the business objectives and present business reviews to senior management. Great Presentation skills. Youu2019ll be sharing the product roadmap and strategy in front of large internal and external audience.u00A0 Develop and manage product backlog in Agile environment. What you need to succeed: Proven ability to assess trends, analyze new opportunities, and define requirements to deliver successful solutions. Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner. Experience of agile software development practices within a large team environment. Ability to balance several initiatives successfully and shift priorities as needed and a hardworking, creative and innovative attitude. Strong communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills proven record of working across teams with geographically remote team members. Obsession for great user experiences and proven track record of working with design teams from ideation to delivery. Skilled in working in highly matrix organization with tenacious mindset to follow through initiatives with multiple dependent teams 3-5 years of product management experience. Bachelor in Engineering and MBA from a reputable institute. Knowledge of data analytics with hands on data analysis capabilities is highly desirable. Exposure to any of these fields will be helpful - licensing, enterprise sales and contract processes, security/privacy engineering.u00A0 Experience or understanding of AI/ML technology.
