Define product vision and roadmap for accounting, GST, invoicing, payroll, and compliance modules.
Conduct customer and market research to understand workflows and identify gaps.
Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive accounting workflows (journal entries, GST filing, TDS, AR/AP, reconciliation, reporting).
Stay updated on GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, and e-invoicing regulations; ensure product compliance.
Manage sprints, backlog, QA coordination, and UAT.
Support product launches with documentation, training, and customer onboarding.
Track product performance, identify issues, and drive optimization.
Communicate roadmap, priorities, and updates with leadership and stakeholders.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles (AR/AP, Balance Sheet, P&L).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and compliance workflows.
Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Trello, Aha, Notion) and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
