Role Purpose

We are hiring for a

Technical Program Manager

for the Credit+ business at Pine Labs.


You will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs -- leading implementation of Pine Labs' processor and acquiring solutions for financial enterprises, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex acquiring and payments programs across multiple stakeholders -- Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, and Business. Work closely with product teams to translate business needs into execution plans, timelines, risks, and milestones -- and drive accountability through delivery. Oversee implementation across the merchant acquiring lifecycle including onboarding, switching, clearing and settlement, and reporting dashboards JD_PM-Credit+ Coordinate certifications and partnerships across scheme networks such as

VISA, Mastercard, and Rupay

JD_PM-Credit+ Support product lifecycle initiatives -- planning, enhancements, releases, and post-launch governance -- ensuring smooth execution across teams JD_PM-Credit+ Identify dependencies early, manage risks, and remove blockers through structured program governance and communication cadences. Partner with business and product teams on market and customer research, feeding execution insights back into roadmap decisions JD_PM-Credit+ Ensure all initiatives align with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, and maintain documentation throughout delivery JD_PM-Credit+ Track program performance metrics -- adoption, timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction -- and continuously improve execution processes. Lead cross-functional reviews with leadership and secure alignment on priorities, resources, and investments JD_PM-Credit+

What matters in this role

Experience & Portfolio

4-10 years of program / project delivery experience in payments, merchant acquiring, settlements, or cards ecosystem (TPM, Program Manager, or equivalent). Strong grounding in functional design, execution planning, and cross-functional delivery in tech environments JD_PM-Credit+

Communication & Ownership

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and structured execution mindset JD_PM-Credit+ Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and drive clarity amid ambiguity JD_PM-Credit+
