Job Description

Assist the Product Manager in the execution of marketing plans and promotional strategies. Support in preparing product literature, visual aids, and promotional materials in coordination with design teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Liaise with field force to gather feedback, monitor campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, medical affairs) for product-related updates. Monitor product performance metrics and assist in reporting key insights to the management. Participate in new product launches, conferences, and internal training programs. Help ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
