Key responsibilities Ability to lead Internal PMO Activities - Lead, Facilitate Meetings Ability to Open, Track and Close - PR -PO Approvals Ability to collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Lead end to end AOP planning for InstaCC Portfolio Close on BAU assigned tasks, lead training programs Lead engagement with NPI, IT , Billing and other teams Take Leadership approvals, Track vendor quotes, payments, AMC Ensure Meeting Minutes are drafted and actioned as part of profile Minimum qualification & experience Minimum - 3-5 years of Industry experience in managing PMO related roles and responsibilities with good documentation abilities and communication skills. Experience as a credible and capable adviser at multiple levels of an organization with strong business acumen together with business and industry experience. Experience in translating and demonstrating the impact of communications initiatives in a wider business context Knowledge / Skills Communication Skills
