Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and design principles. - Experience in developing scalable and reliable software solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
