Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with HR Process Design, Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
