The M365 Security team is responsible for protecting M365 customer data and securing M365 services. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive products, platforms and programs that help defend Microsoft services against cyber adversaries. In this role, you will partner with product, security & compliance teams across Microsoft. You will have end-to-end ownership of specific product modules and will be responsible for creating the roadmap, managing backlog, driving product/feature adoption and working with various stakeholders to improve the security of Microsoft services.

Responsibilities

Drive the vision, roadmap, and metrics for product components/features that you own Write detailed requirements, including UX mockups wherever applicable, for the features/components that you own Work with various security research teams within Microsoft to identify security monitoring gaps Create go-to-market plans for driving feature/product adoption Provide regular updates to the leadership on various KPIs, Objectives & Key Results Drive security governance programs Work with product security & compliance teams for the features/components that you own Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years' experience in engineering, product management, product development OR equivalent experience
- Ability to break-down complex technical problems and work with multiple stakeholders across the company to solve them - Ruthless prioritization skills
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts Data-driven decision-making capability

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product management, product development OR equivalent experience Ability to break-down complex technical problems and work with multiple stakeholders across the company to solve them Ruthless prioritization skills Understanding of cybersecurity concepts Data-driven decision-making capability Experience in working on large-scale, mission-critical technology products Experience in security monitoring or security research
