The Purview Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) Customer Acceleration Team engages with our global field team to onboard customers to our services, deliver top-notch customer experience, and most importantly drive a data-driven customer/engineering feedback loop. Some of the key M365 Compliance products driven through our team are Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management (IRM) and Communication Compliance (CC). We partner closely with our Product group to improve our products by gathering insights from the thousands of customers we work with daily.
This role will be focused on the Insider Risk Management product within Microsoft Purview which identifies and delivers electronic information across Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups and Viva Engage teams that can then be used as evidence in legal cases.

You must have a passion for content creation and be willing to educate the field on best practices and product use.
