About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Product Management Associate

to support the design, development, and management of

Loan Against Property (LAP) products

. The role requires strong analytical, research, and coordination skills to drive product growth and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of LAP products. Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities

. Collaborate with credit and risk teams to define eligibility criteria and policy guidelines. Support operations to ensure smooth loan processing and customer experience. Assist in

pricing strategy, interest rate, and fee structure recommendations

. Prepare training materials and conduct product training for sales teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements. Partner with marketing teams for

campaigns, communication, and product promotions

. Handle product-related escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Skills & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in

NBFC/BFSI sector

, preferably with exposure to LAP products. Strong understanding of product features, loan processes, and compliance requirements. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and data analysis tools. Knowledge of IT/AI applications in financial products will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment
