Role Description

Role and Responsibilities
Incedo's Product team builds, enhances, and sustains a suite of product and solutions in network and cybersecurity. It is the responsibility of the collective product team to contribute to shared product outcomes within the overall context of the product strategy. Working together we form the complete "tribe" as custodians of product strategy, solution and enterprise architecture, core engineering, API enablement, prioritization and execution of complex change portfolios, stability, sustainability, and control effectiveness.
As a Network Security Product manager you will wear many hats and requires the ability to be both strategic and operational. The Product manager is responsible for setting and evangelizing the product vision that achieves business objectives, whilst managing short release cycles to continuously deliver product features. Someone who has taken on-premises network security to the public cloud platform.

Technical responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Develop a product roadmap that represents key deliverables, dependencies & benefits.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure product controls are aligned and assessed against the firm s Threat Scenarios and Risk Framework.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to identify needs and map it to network product roadmap.
• Provides technical and program oversight within the Network Security product portfolio
• Manage dependencies within and outside of the Network Security product.
• Provides senior level presentations and ongoing reporting on this key program.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive experience in a product management role within a network security product company
• Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technology architecture plans
• Networking technology domain expertise which includes:

o Network security
o Networking concepts, ports, protocols, firewalls, load balancers, IPS
o Network engineering, design, architecture and/or operations
o Network traffic analysis

• Knowledge of the latest networking and security trends
• Experience delivering within cloud-based environments & applications
• Experience in continuous delivery using Agile delivery concepts and toolkits
• Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute strategic plans

Preferred Experience/Skill

• CCNA / CCNP
