Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution and post-launch analysis.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
Prepare reports and present product updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience
in product management or related roles.
Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.) and analytics platforms.
