Experience: Min. 3-5 years Requirements: Well-versed in Excel, Bulk listing Excellent written communication skills Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be added advantage Listing Experience on Myntra, Nykaa, and Amazon is preferred Experience in Uniware / Unicommerce is a must Catalog Expertise Roles & Responsibilities: Experience in managing e-commerce platform sales and can also work on graphic designing to bring out top quality pictures and videos:- How to optimize, Product listing, How to check the ranking Oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, and product search rankings including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking Knowledge of product branding Communicate with authorized Vendors as needed Manage website advertising campaigns and budget. Includes creating promotions and getting products into reviewer\'s hands and sites Assist our website-authorized selling partners with inquiries and aid in resolving listing issues Trouble shooting with the Website platform Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries, & MAP violators Monitor offers and competing products from online retail competitors Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned Knowledge of working with Website Influencers a plus Order Processing, Ensure timely delivery of all orders Plan & execute the different discount offer Manage Inventory for e-Commerce
