Product Listing & Backend Office Executive
to join our dynamic team at our Kochi office.
Role Overview
This role involves
listing products online
, managing backend operations, updating inventory, and ensuring product details are accurate across platforms. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love working in the motorcycle or automotive sector, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update
product listings
on the company website and online marketplaces.
Enter accurate details including
product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications
.
Coordinate with the
inventory, purchase, and dispatch teams
to ensure product availability.
Handle
data entry, documentation, and backend support
tasks.
Monitor and update
stock levels
, SKU codes, and pricing.
Support the e-commerce and customer service teams when required.
Maintain organized digital records and reports.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
e-commerce product listing or back-office operations
.
Knowledge of
Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Passion or knowledge of
motorcycles / bike parts & accessories
is a plus.
Ability to work full-time from the
Kochi office (Mon-Sat, 9 AM-6 PM)
