Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving product line AOP for the assigned geography Identify and support developing new/ potential applications in the region. Participating in all technical discussion of Product/ Application related work. Assist with the introduction of new products launch and plan strategy to promote the product successfully. Help drive profitability and revenue growth through tactical & strategic initiatives. Carry out competitive benchmarking focusing on product, price, promotion and positioning. Experience in product presentation, competitive analysis and product positioning. Training the field sales team and Dealer Organizations to achieve volumes Management of the Product management and Application team, ensuring that the goals of the product Team are aligned to the Divisional and the larger organizational goals. Ensuring that all technical and behavioural programs are run and attended by the teams . Managing the activities of Lab, Demonstrations and Application Support in accordance with the QMS Process. Participate in all Sales and Business Meetings from a Strategic Product perspective. Coordinate with the BU Product management Team and Product Owners in order to get more support and strategic input on Products for the local teams.
