Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D IT is seeking a Product Lead Engineer - UI/UX located in Hyderabad, India. The Product Lead Engineer - UI/UX is tasked with developing and improving user interfaces and experiences for our web applications, as well as making critical software engineering decisions in product development. They fulfill dual responsibilities as both an entrepreneur and implementer of technical solutions. They tackle complex business problems and intricate design challenges and shape the technical design. Their responsibilities include ensuring the product's technical architecture, software development aligns with the technology roadmap and adheres to software engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Assist in the development and implementation of user experience strategies to improve usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Implement design changes and enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and standard processes to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or higher in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Strong passion for design and meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar.
• Proficiency front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry -- Clinical, Safety, Regulatory
