Job Requirements
Role/ Job Title: Product Lead - Aggregator and BIN Business
Function/ Department: Alternate Channels
Job Purpose:
To ensure implementation and smooth functioning of Aggregator and/or BIN Sponsorship business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunity for Aggregator and/or BIN sponsorship business.
Implement Aggregator/BIN Sponsorship model.
Lead team of product managers to achieve business objectives - KPI driven - Measures will be business Volume & Value Growth & Associated AMB & Fee Growth. Responsible for the P&L for the work stream.
Coordinate with internal (Ops, Compliance, Legal, Finance) and external stakeholders (TSPs, Partners) to implement.
Manage Compliance and Audit for the business stream. Ensure that partner follows bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.
Define and write processes for day-to-day functioning on Aggregator/BIN business.
Work with marketing for campaigns and brand awareness activities.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Business Compliance.
Business reporting.
Team management.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 08 to 10 Years of Experience
