We are currently seeking an opportunist Product Intern all-rounder who can help us with Content Management, team support and user management Key Responsibilities : Content Management: Regularly update and maintain the learning content on the LMS platform. This includes uploading new materials, updating existing content, and ensuring that all resources are current and accurate. Team Support: Assist various teams in understanding and effectively utilizing the LMS. Provide training and support to ensure that all team members can navigate and use the platform efficiently. School Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for schools during the onboarding process. Guide them through the setup and initial use of the LMS, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to technical queries and troubleshoot issues related to the LMS. Work closely with the IT department to resolve any technical problems in a timely manner. User Management: Manage user accounts on the LMS, including creating new accounts, modifying existing ones, and ensuring proper access levels are maintained. Reporting and Feedback: Generate reports on LMS usage and effectiveness. Collect and analyze feedback from users to identify areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications:
