Role Overview

We're looking for a

Product Intern

who is curious, analytical and eager to learn how SaaS products are built and scaled. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Engineering, and Design teams to support product discovery, documentation, feature analysis and user feedback.

B2B SaaS product management

Key Responsibilities

Assist in product research, market analysis and competitor benchmarking Support documentation of product requirements, user stories and workflows Help track feature requests, bugs and user feedback from internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with design and tech teams during feature development and testing Participate in product reviews, sprint discussions and internal demos Support creation of product guides, release notes and internal enablement material

Qualifications

Who Should Apply

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Product, Design or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations and documentation tools Interest in Product Management, SaaS, PR/MediaTech or B2B products Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

Basic understanding of SaaS products or product lifecycle Prior internship or project experience in product, tech or analytics Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, or similar
