About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic person who's passionate about innovative product development and enhancement, but also doesn't shy away from the

essential grunt work

. This internship provides an opportunity to gain insights into the product development lifecycle and actively contribute to enhancing the HRMS SYNC product, making a tangible impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with product ideation and brainstorming sessions for potential new features or improvements to existing product lines. Support the Product Manager in creating user stories, product requirements documents (PRDs), and user interface (UI) mock-ups. Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to derive trends, insights, and competitive benchmarks. Maintain up-to-date product documentation to ensure all teams have timely access to current information Stay updated on industry trends in HR Tech and API integrations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline. Attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for technology and a strong interest in learning about B2B SaaS products. Knowledge about API integrations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews) is a plus. Basic understanding of HRMS [Human Resource Management System] is a plus.

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Superset).
